Roasted Fruit & Yogurt

Roasting turns ordinary fruit into something that tastes like you fussed, you didn't, the oven did.

Scaled from the original recipe, sizing up or down is proportional, so taste and adjust the salt, acid & spice.
Ingredients
- 2 peaches
- 2 pears
- 2 plums
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Cinnamon
- Greek yogurt
- Toasted pecans
Method
- Roast fruit at 400°F for 20–25 minutes.
- Serve warm over Greek yogurt.
- Top with pecans.
