Invest in your wellness: align your movement, nourish your life, and clear your mind.
Gina SantangeloMovement is where most women meet me — but after thirty-plus years, what I really do is guide the whole woman. One-on-one, we tend to everything the body carries: how you move, nourish, and rest, the way you speak to yourself, and how you finally put yourself back on your own list. It's the six things I share for free every week — Move · Nourish · Hydrate · Breath · Unwind · Rest — made personal, plus the mindset that keeps them going when life gets loud. Add it to your movement program, or come for the guidance on its own. In person or via Zoom. These are one-on-one and I fit them around a full teaching schedule, so reach out to discuss.
One-on-One Coaching · Inner Work & Change
Not every kind of stuck lives in the body. The Whole You is closer, more personal work than anything I do on the equipment — one-on-one coaching where you're genuinely cared for, not just coached. Together, we name what matters most right now, set real goals around it, and I stay with you, steadily, as you do the work of getting there. A lot of what keeps people stuck isn't a lack of ideas — it's not having someone to actually follow through with, so part of what I offer is honest accountability, checking back in until the thing you've been meaning to do actually gets done. This isn't a fitness program — movement lives in my studio work. The heart of it is mindset: how you think, what you tell yourself, the patterns you're ready to change. Food can be part of it too, but only ever as aligning with a healthier way of eating, never a diet.
