Sound, writing and short practices for the different hours of a real life. Winding down, sleeping, working, or simply wanting a little space from everything.
Since 1998 I have worked with women through movement, and through the transitions movement alone does not solve. Careers that ended. Bodies that changed. Children who grew and went. And in my own life, the kind of change that rearranges what you thought you understood.
What I learned across all of it is simple. People are not always asking to be fixed. Often they are asking for somewhere to land.
The phone is where we all are now. I wanted one thing on it that gives something back. Not more to keep up with. Somewhere to step out of the noise for a few minutes and come back to yourself.
SOVA is what I built for those hours.
Come away feeling a little better than when you arrived.
Gina SantangeloYou do not need to use all of it. Most people use one or two things and leave the rest, and that is enough.

If you come to GLOW Body, SOVA may already feel familiar.
It is not Pilates, and it is not another thing I am asking you to do. But it comes from the same place: paying attention to yourself, slowing things down and giving yourself room.
GLOW is where we do that work together. The Way is where I give away everything I have learned. SOVA is something you can take with you.
All of it is the same work: helping women feel at home in themselves.
