Movement
Movement is one of the kindest things we can do for ourselves.
Not because it changes the way we look, but because it changes the way we live in our bodies. It helps us stay strong, move with confidence, recover from life’s little aches, and continue doing the things we love for as long as we can.

There are two ways to explore this part of GLOW. You can begin with the understanding behind the movement, or you can simply begin moving. Both paths lead to the same place.
A Note from Gina
Movement has carried me through everything, and it’s the part of this work I trust most. Come as you are — on the strong days and the tired ones alike. Begin with the understanding, or simply begin. I’m glad you’re moving with me.

When the mind needs somewhere to land
Everything in this wing points, in the end, to the same place — the breath, and the nervous system beneath it. It is why I built SOVA: a quiet companion for the moments in between.
- Today — a daily practice that aligns you before the day pulls you a dozen directions.
- Companion — a place to process any feeling, even the happy ones.
- Pages — a soft place to set your thoughts down and out of your head.
- The House — rooms of calm to step into, whenever you need one.
