- 12 fresh figs, halved
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios
- Fresh thyme leaves
- Flaky sea salt
Method
- Roast figs at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.
- Spread ricotta onto a serving platter.
- Arrange the warm figs over the ricotta.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pistachios, thyme, and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
