The Kitchen · Something Sweet
Cinnamon Baked Apples
From The Kitchen · a prep-ahead staple
The smell alone is worth making these, warm, spiced, and just sweet enough.
Scale
Scaled from the original recipe, sizing up or down is proportional, so taste and adjust the salt, acid & spice.

Coach's Note
Comfort food that happens to be good for you isn't a compromise, it's the goal. The smell alone is worth it.
I hope this recipe finds a place in your kitchen as it has in mine. Enjoy!
