Wrist Circles
The Work · Move 8 of 14

Why this one
A few slow circles loosen the small joints of the wrist and bring circulation back to hands that grip a mouse and keyboard all day.
How to do it
Extend both arms forward and circle your wrists slowly — five times in each direction — to loosen the joints after typing.
Keep in mind
Small, smooth circles — no forcing.
Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
