Wrist Nerve Stretch
Why this one

Typing and mousing keep the wrist and its nerves locked in one flexed position for hours. This glide gently mobilizes the median nerve, easing the tingling and forearm fatigue of repetitive work — and because that nerve line runs up the arm, it releases tension in the neck as well.

How to do it

Extend one arm forward at shoulder height, palm up and fingers open. With your other hand, gently draw the fingers and palm back toward you until you feel a stretch through the wrist and forearm. Hold, breathe, then switch.

Keep in mind

Gentle and slow — this nerve line runs all the way up to your neck.

Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
