Toe Rises
Why this one

Rising onto your toes strengthens the ankles and calves that hold you steady with every single step.

How to do it

Near a counter, rise slowly onto the balls of both feet, hold for a moment at the top, and lower with control. Repeat.

Keep in mind

Slow down the lowering — the control is what builds the strength.

Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
