The Healthy Home Reset

The Healthy Home Reset
The short answer

Twice a year — spring and fall — give your home an hour of care. Not a deep clean. A reset: a walk-through that leaves the whole place feeling lighter.

Set aside an hour, put on some music or open a window, and move through your home doing small, satisfying things. It isn’t about perfection — it’s about resetting the space so the life you’re building feels easier to live.

That’s it. An hour, twice a year. The house feels lighter, calmer, and more on your side — which is the whole point. Less about avoiding what’s harmful, more about shaping a home where the healthy choice is the easy one. That, to me, is The Way.

Gina’s note

Put it on the calendar — one hour in spring, one in fall. A ritual you’ll actually keep beats a deep-clean you dread.
