A rich, savory marinade that turns an everyday steak into something worth slowing down for.
Scale
Scaled from the original recipe, sizing up or down is proportional, so taste and adjust the salt, acid & spice.

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Gina's tip
This marinade is also delicious on portobello mushrooms for a vegetarian option.
Coach's Note
A good marinade turns an everyday steak into something worth slowing down for. Give it a few hours and let it do the work.
I hope this recipe finds a place in your kitchen as it has in mine. Enjoy!
