Slow Neck Rolls
Warm-Up · Move 1 of 9 · 5 each way

Why this one
You sleep in one position for hours, and the neck stiffens overnight. Slow rolls ease that morning tension before it sets the tone for your whole day.
How to do it
Drop your chin softly toward your chest. Slowly circle your right ear toward your right shoulder, roll your head gently back, bring your left ear over toward your left shoulder, and return to center. A few slow circles each way.
Keep in mind
Keep it gentle — never force the roll backward.
Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
