Legs Up the Wall
Why this one

The softest way to end. Turning the legs up quiets the nervous system and lets you simply rest.

Time-based (~1–2 min)

Breath — Slow, relaxed breathing

How to do it

Sit beside a wall, swing your legs up it, and lie back. Rest your arms wherever they’re comfortable and stay as long as you like.

Keep in mind

This one is just rest. Stay a while.

Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
