Why this one
We close the way we do inside the app — with Five-Finger Breathing. Tracing your hand gives the mind one small, gentle thing to follow while the breath slows all the way down. It’s a simple way to end settled.
How to do it
Spread one hand like a star. With the pointer finger of your other hand, slowly trace up the outside of your thumb as you breathe in, then down the other side as you breathe out. Keep going — finger by finger, up on each inhale and down on each exhale — until you’ve traced the whole hand, then trace your way back.
Keep in mind
Let the breath set the pace, not the finger. Slow and even — up on the inhale, down on the exhale.
Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
