The Hundred
Why this one

The Hundred fires up the core and the breath together — the classic way to build heat.

How to do it

Lie on your back, curl your head and shoulders up, and extend your legs to a height you can hold. Pump your arms up and down as you breathe in for five and out for five, up to a hundred.

Keep in mind

Keep the belly flat and the low back gently anchored.

Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
