Movement · Desk Stretch
Slow Neck Rolls
Warm-Up · Move 1 of 14

Why this one
Hours with your head held forward at a screen shorten and grip the muscles at the base of the skull. Rolling the neck restores blood flow and eases the tension headaches that build from a fixed, forward head.
How to do it
Sit tall away from the chair back. Drop your chin to your chest, roll your right ear to your right shoulder, loop gently back, roll to the left, and return to center. Change directions.
Keep in mind
Slow and smooth — never force the roll back.
Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
