Movement · Desk Stretch
Roll Down & Up the Spine
Cool-Down · Move 14 of 14

Why this one
Moving through the spine one vertebra at a time restores the segment-by-segment mobility that sitting flattens, and leaves the whole back feeling looser and taller.
How to do it
Drop your chin and peel down toward the floor one vertebra at a time. At the bottom, inhale, then stack your spine slowly back up to tall.
Keep in mind
One vertebra at a time, down and up.
Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
