Cool-Down · Move 15 of 16 · hold 30–40 sec each

Why this one
The hip flexors tighten as the belly grows — this gentle lunge restores their length.
How to do it
Step one foot forward into a low kneeling lunge, a hand on the front thigh or a support. Gently tuck the tailbone and shift forward until you feel a stretch at the front of the back hip. Hold, then switch.
Keep in mind
Gentle and shallow — a light stretch, never a deep one. Use support for balance.
Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
