Open the Heart
Warm-Up · Move 4 of 16 · 6 each side

Why this one
Rotating the upper back keeps the chest and shoulders open — a relief as posture shifts with a growing belly.
How to do it
On hands and knees, place one hand behind your head. Rotate that elbow up toward the ceiling, opening the chest to the side, then return. Follow the elbow with your gaze. Switch sides.
Keep in mind
Rotate from the upper back, keeping your hips level and still.
Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
