Movement · Post-Walk Stretch
Chest Opener
Cool-Down · Move 8 of 8 · 30–35 sec

Why this one
Walking — especially briskly or carrying things — rolls the shoulders forward. Opening the chest reverses that so you finish standing tall and breathing full.
How to do it
Feet comfortably wide. Reach your arms behind you and interlace your fingers. Roll your shoulders down and straighten your arms, drawing your knuckles down as your chest lifts.
Keep in mind
Lift the heart as the knuckles reach for the floor.
Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
