Rise Tall & Breathe
Cool-Down · Move 9 of 9 · 3 breaths

Why this one
One tall, full breath resets your posture and floods the body with oxygen — a simple, grounding way to meet the day before it begins.
How to do it
Feet planted firmly. Inhale through your nose as you sweep both arms wide and up, palms meeting overhead. Exhale as you float your arms slowly back down to your sides.
Keep in mind
One big breath to finish — stand tall.
Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
