Movement · Hips & Glutes
March in Place
Warm-Up · Move 1 of 7 · ~1 min

Why this one
A minute of marching warms the hips and gets the blood moving before we isolate the glutes.
How to do it
Stand tall and march in place, lifting each knee to about hip height in an easy rhythm. Let your arms swing naturally.
Keep in mind
Stay tall and light — this is just to warm up, not to tire you out.
Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
