Eyes Closed, Near Support
Why this one

With your eyes closed, balance falls to your body’s inner sense of where it is in space. It’s the advanced work — and it’s how you keep balance sharp for years.

How to do it

Standing beside the counter with your feet together, close your eyes and find your steadiness. Open them the moment you wobble. A few seconds is plenty to start.

Keep in mind

Always within reach of support. Build the seconds slowly, week by week.

Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
