The Work · Move 4 of 7 · 8–10 each

Why this one
The first of the classic stomach series — it trains the deep core to stay stable while the legs move, one at a time.
How to do it
Curl your head and shoulders up. Draw one knee in toward your chest with both hands as the other leg extends long and low, then switch, keeping the movement smooth and the belly flat.
Keep in mind
Keep your upper body lifted and still — the work is in the center, not the neck.
Every move: lightly lift your pelvic floor — a gentle lift, never a clench — and breathe slow and full (hold the stretches for about 5 easy breaths, at least 30 seconds). New to the lift? →
