Summer Produce

The season at its ripest — keep it simple.

Summer food barely needs a recipe. Ripe produce, olive oil, herbs, a little salt — that’s the whole art.

Summer wants ease. Long light evenings, breezy walks, bare feet on the grass. Let the season be free and unhurried — move in the cool hours, and let the days feel spacious.

Gina’s take. Let the season do the cooking. The riper the produce, the less it needs from you — olive oil, lemon, and a little salt is often enough.
