Lighten up, open the windows, begin again.

After a heavy winter, the body wants light and green. A soft reset — nothing drastic.

Spring stirs something. The light lingers, the first flowers push through, and we feel the pull to begin again. Follow it gently — a fresh start doesn’t have to be a big one.

On the plate

  • Asparagus & artichokes
  • Peas & fava beans
  • Radishes
  • Spring greens & arugula
  • Strawberries
  • Fresh herbs

In the day

  • A daily walk in the light
  • Open the windows
  • Hydrate — water first
  • Earlier to bed as light shifts
  • A little more movement

Let go

  • Clear one drawer or shelf
  • Refresh the pantry
  • Donate what you don’t use
  • Lighten the calendar
  • Begin one small new habit
