Stop trying to keep all of it. The routine you follow in February will not survive a house full of people and a week away, and when it breaks most women do not scale it back, they drop the whole thing and wait for the fall. So decide now, while it is still calm, what your minimum is. Mine is ten minutes in the morning and enough protein at breakfast. That is it, and it is not a compromise, it is the version that survives. That is the whole difference between coming back in September and starting over in September.

It does not have to. The loose months are unusually good for the question underneath, because there is finally a bit of room to hear it.
