Where SOVA Holds You

Where SOVA Holds You

This is the crossing, and you can’t cross it in your head. Breath, sound, rest, the things that keep the body steady at the new height until it stops reading “new” as “danger.”

Others can talk you into leaping. This is what carries you across the drop.

You don’t cross a bridge in your head. You cross it with your body.

A moment you might know

It’s the middle of a hard week in the middle of a big change, and your mind is running the same loop it’s run all day. You don’t need another plan. You need your shoulders to drop. You need one full breath that reaches the bottom. That, not the plan, is what actually moves you forward tonight.

Try this, right now

breathe

In through the nose for four. Out through the mouth for six, longer than the in. Let the exhale be the point; that longer out-breath is the body’s oldest signal that the danger has passed. Three times.

What Took Me Years to Understand

For years I tried to think my way through difficult seasons. It rarely worked.

Eventually I realized that my body was asking for something my mind couldn’t give it. That’s why I created SOVA, not to replace the work, but to help you stay steady while you’re doing it.

Because understanding the path is one thing. Walking it is something else entirely.

When the crossing gets loud, this is where you steady.

Step inside SOVA →

You’ve walked the shape of it. Now you know what a leap really asks, and you’ll walk it again, each time with a little more capacity. It’s a practice you return to.

The full crossing, the deep work, done with you, step by step, is something we do together. Start with the worksheets → (the masterclass, The Crossing, is coming.)
